55. Powerful affirmations to think well: from one Caregiver to other Caregivers

As a Caregiver, affirmations help keep me motivated and stay resilient.

Even before my Caregiving time, I used certain sayings and quotes to keep me grounded. I used them to help me think, feel, plan, and eat well to focus on life’s most important things.

Some statements come from well-known individuals including Albert Einstein, Gandhi, and Bruce Lee.

Another is from the lyrics of Metallica’s song, Nothing Else Matters, of which the instrumental version my husband and I used at our wedding. 

Here is my collection of favourites!

Individually, they are inspiring. Collectively, they are powerful in serving me so well in my personal, professional, and Caregiving endeavours. 

I hope they also help you make way for positive thoughts and overcome negativity.
